As a Field Technician, your daily challenge is to deliver Cablevision's Optimum video, online, and telephone products and services, ensuring technical, quality and safety standards are satisfactorily met. You are the expert our customers rely upon, not only for flawless delivery, analysis, and repair of our products, but also for your expertise and ability to explain complex systems in a clear and engaging manner. With highly developed service techniques and effective interaction skills, you will educate our customers on how they can get the most out of our Optimum family of products and programming.
We provide paid training and a defined Career Progression program that starts at $15.38/hr. and offers competitive promotional and annual merit review increases throughout your Cablevision career.
